Overview

 The gun pictured is marked as being made by ‘Lord’. It is in a ‘trap’ style with a high comb stock and raised top ventilated rib.

It has 28” blued barrels, is fitted with ejectors, has engraving to the lock plates and has a beech forened and stock, both featuring chequered grips.

Regarding dates and period correctness, this item is appropriate for any shooting or sporting use from the 1960s period onwards.

Foxtrot example shown here is double barrelled, over and under, 12g shotgun, fitted with a beech orend and stock both featuring chequered grips.

Film Set Notes

We normally use 12g blanks loaded with black powder that gives a slower burn than smokeless loads, resulting in a bright muzzle flash, accompanied by an amount of smoke.
