The company is seeking to hire a part time, skilled and dependable administrator to join our small but busy team.
The role has two key responsibilities; customer service and administration. The post holder will have previous experience in a customer orientated role, and be confident dealing with a wide range of contacts within the industry. They will be highly organised and familiar with a range of office systems and procedures. An interest in the costume and prop industry would be beneficial though not imperative for this role.
The post holder will work closely with the company director and the costume team. They will deal with day-to-day financial transactions, office management, record keeping, and coordinate freelance staffing.
